It is quite simply one of Asia's finest destinations and an enriching experience like no other. Although there's over 1,000 miles between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, you'll immediately be spoilt in both cities, and you'll want to visit both. Hanoi greatest attractions include the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, The Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. Ho Chi Minh City is a 24 hour metropolis with its own historical landmarks, infused within a rapidly modernised landscape as well as many fantastic restaurants, street-food stalls, bars and clubs. Hạ Long Bay is the tourist hotspot which attracts all adventurers and a UNESCO heritage site. Its outstanding natural beauty extends over 600 square miles. Huế is located in the centre of the country and is a former capital of Vietnam with many former emperor's relics and temples. Mỹ Sơn showcases Vietnam's distant history with foreign influences from India and Malaya. It's surrounded by a beautiful jungle-covered landscape. Further south is Nha Trang, a large beach and resort town with many water sports on offer and a spectacular nightlife too.
