It's the last week of Season 8, so if you want the coveted Ruin or Luxe skins, now's your chance. It's been an odd season, with plenty of downtime, an explosive new Avengers mode, a weird UFO and a hint of some big things yet to come. But we're here for challenges now, and if you were waiting until later in the season to start knocking some off your list, now is most definitely your chance. The Season 8, Week 10 challenges are now available, and it's a pleasant little way to close out the season: some non-combat challenges in there, as well as a return of those flaming hoops that we see pop up every once in a while. Read on for the complete list and how to solve them:
Free Challenges

Launch through flaming hoops with a cannon (0/3) – 5 Battle Stars
Stage 1/3: Harvest (500) Wood in a single match – 2 Battle Stars
Stage 2/3: Harvest (500) Brick in a single match – 1 Battle Star
Stage 3/3: Harvest (500) Metal in a single match – 2 Battle Star
Eliminate (3) opponents at Tilted Towers or The Block – 10 Battle Stars

Battle Pass Challenges

Deal (500) damage with an Infantry Rifle or Heavy Assault Rifle – 5 Battle Stars
Stage 1/2: Search the treasure map signpost found in Junk Junction – 2 Battle Stars
Stage 2/2: Search the X on the treasure map signpost in Junk Junction – 3 Battle Star
Deal (100) damage within 10 seconds of landing after using a Volcano Vent – 10 Battle Stars
Eliminate (2) opponents from closer than 5m away – 10 Battle Stars

Launch through flaming hoops with a cannon -- Read here for our guide.

Harvest a bunch of materials: Pretty straightforward, this. Land somewhere out of the way and go to town with the pickaxe: rinse and repeat.

Eliminate 3 opponents at Tilted Towers or the Block: Take this opportunity to visit Tilted towers, because it may be your last chance to do so. It looks like the venerable Fortnite drop zone is probably going to get leveled with the big Volcano eruption (probably Saturday), and so this is a chance to drop in and get some eliminations. As usual, respawn modes are a much easier way to do these things.

Deal 500 damage with an Infantry Rifle or Heavy Assault Rifle: Both of these are medium-range weapons, though they function pretty differently. The infantry rifle is all about precision, so choose your shots well, crouch and make sure to zero those sights in. The Heavy Assault Rifle needs to be aimed as well, but it's an automatic weapon. That means you can likely wrack up some damage by hanging out near a firefight in Team Rumble and just letting loose.
