Tamil Nadu has seen a good amount of rainfall activity during the last three to four days, particularly over the interior parts. During the Pre-Monsoon season, the state gets to see rains on account of two reasons.

ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿಗೆ 'ಫ್ಯಾನಿ' ಚಂಡಮಾರುತ ಅಪ್ಪಳಿಸಲಿದ್ದು, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರಿ ಮಳೆಯಾಗುವ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಹವಾಮಾನ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ 24 ಗಂಟೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರಿ ಮಳೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಸುಮಾರು 50 ಮಿ.ಮೀ ಮಳೆಯಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ.
