"David was a thorough inspector. He was lucky enough to have scheduled on a rainy day which was good for the inspection but glad I wasn't the one outside checking everything in the pouring rain. When he had completed the inspection, he sat down with me and reviewed his findings answering each and every question I had. I appreciated the time he spent ensuring that each question was answered to my level of understanding. He discussed each issue what could occur if not repaired/replaced. Great value when determining what to do. I would certainly call on David for any future inspection I may have."
