South Korea, China and Japan resumed talks today in Tokyo on their proposed three-way free trade agreement. The last talks were last December in Beijing. During four days of discussions,... the three sides will review progress on key issues such as opening up their commodities and services markets. The three will also restart negotiations on other areas including customs and e-commerce.
