Kizuna Ai is kind of a motion capture role play. Obviously, she is not a real AI, but it's fun to pretend. Her 3D model is generated and animated in Miku Miku Dance.
All clips from this video are from episodes 75 through 100 on the regular channel and up to Inside #6 on her gaming channel.

I also would like to know any additional information possible-- such as what sort of motion capture this is and how it works alongside MMD.
This latest video SHOULD have the sound issue from the previous video corrected. I have tested it and as far as I can tell there is sound coming from both sides of the headphones now.
