LSPDFR 0.31 Episode 19 - Frozen In Place

Join me in LSPDFR 0.31 for an extended-length patrol as Trevor Philips patrols the highways in a Willard Faction, and we get frozen in place during a shootout after cuffing a suspect, and later pursue and arrest Leroy Gibbs (unclear if it's the same Leroy Jethro Gibbs from NCIS). As it turned out, the police cars driving crazy and randomly breaking down in front of us was caused by my computer's hard drive going bad :(
