IPO Next Month The driving service would beat out main rival Uber to the punch. At the end of last year, both companies filed the necessary paperwork
around the same time. Should Lyft go public on March 18 as planned, it would be the only ride-hailing company on Wall Street. Uber is currently worth
around $90 billion. When it goes public, Lyft says its value will be around $25 billion. Unlike Lyft, Uber can also be used outside of Canada and the United States.
