This man wanted to show people the joys of running a 5K marathon over seven different bridges. Amazingly, he ran all around a city while talking about the local community and giving tips on how to stay motivated during a marathon.

My favorite way to explore a new city is by running, and I'm going to see 26 miles of

Another thing I really like about marathons is that you can stop and go to the bathroom.

If you're running a 5K or a 10K, it's really going to affect your time if you stop and

They're all wooded in the parks.

What I really like about running along these paths is that you can run in the grass along

the side and it's just less impact on your body.
