Breakfast: Choc Hazelnut Smoothie - 2-3 frozen bananas - handful of frozen cherries - handful of frozen strawberries - 2 x handfuls of roasted hazelnuts - almond mylk + water to fill - 2 tbsp cacao powder - 1 tbsp COYO Natural Coconut Yoghurt (*)
Lunch: Sandwiches - 4 x slices of oat sourdough bread - 1/2 can brown lentils, washed - 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard - 1 x roma tomato - spinach and alfalfa (as desired) - 1 x avocado - juice of 1/2 lemon
Dinner: Burrito Bowl - 1 cup brown rice, cooked with paprika - 1 can black beans, cooked with paprika and nooch - handful of spinach - handful of alfalfa - 1 x avocado - cashew sour cream (3/4 cup cashews, soaked, nooch as desired, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 x garlic clove + handful of almonds) - sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds to serve
