US Equity Markets Are Up After Strong December Jobs Report

According to Business Insider, US equity markets are trading up at the end of the week.
Bolstered by good news from the Labor Department and the Federal Reserve, the top three markets on Wall Street are up over 3-percent each.
On the day for Jan. 4th, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is up almost 800-points, with the Nasdaq Composite up 276-points, while the S&P 500 is up 80-points.
The Labor Department released a jobs report that indicated the US economy added 312,000 nonfarm jobs in December.
