QuattroVelo 004 - Better front brake parking toggle

I made this front brake paddle for my QuattroVelo the other day --> https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6zikln. While it worked fine, I wasn't all that happy with it, mainly because it wasn't exactly lightweight. So I made a new version, this time a small aluminum toggle attached to the brake lever itself.
