Moss Sidell is a Real Estate Attorney who is licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Florida. Moss Sidell opened his own practice which has been offering services for 30 years. His areas of focus are real estate and complex business litigation. Moss Sidell has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the Boston College. He received his J.D. from the Suffolk University Law School in 1987.

Moss Sidell began his career as a corporate in-house counsel for a large public corporation. Over his career he has been a partner at multiple firms while also operating his own practice. In 2004, Moss became a partner at Tarlow Breed Hart & Rodgers in Boston. He then went on to become a partner at Donovan Hatem LLP also located in Boston. During this time, Moss Sidell was twice named a Super Lawyer by Boston Magazine in the years 2004 and 2005. He received this recognition because he was in the top 5% of real estate lawyers in the Massachusetts.

At Sidell Law Offices, Moss uses his expertise in real estate and business litigation to provide high quality service for his wide range of clients. His client list includes all types ranging from the largest retailer in the world to small businesses and families. Moss’ specialties include commercial real estate, lending, retail real estate, residential real estate, landlord-tenant agreements, and civil litigation in real estate law and consumer law.

In May 2017, Moss became a Real Estate Consultant for Gordon Brothers - Real Estate. Here, he provides assistance to retail clients in solving their issues with unused space as well as working to renegotiate leases. He is an expert in handling negotiations in the ever-changing real estate market. He is a Divisional and State Volunteer Officer of the International Council of Shopping Centers and spent a year as the Eastern Division Private Alliance Program Chair from 2005-2006. The ICSC is an international retail real estate trade group that has more than 55,000 members.

When Moss is not working, he spends his time practicing his hobbies, golf and photography. Moss has been lucky enough to be a marshall at major golf tournaments including the US Open, Westchester Classic, and the Honda Classic.
