The government could bring a law for the construction of a Ram temple in Ayodhya even when the dispute is before the Supreme Court, as there have been instances of the court's decisions being scuttled legislative process, former Supreme Court judge Jasti Chelameswar said here Friday.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पूर्व न्यायाधीश जे. चेलमेश्वर ने शुक्रवार को मुंबई में कहा कि उच्चतम न्यायालय में मामला लंबित होने के बावजूद सरकार राम मंदिर निर्माण के लिए कानून बना सकती है. उन्होंने कहा कि विधायी प्रक्रिया द्वारा अदालती फैसलों में अवरोध पैदा करने के उदाहरण पहले भी रहे हैं.
