New Preschool in Morocco TMZ reported that the
“Unforgettable” rapper is
funding two different classrooms for the Sabae School of Fida-Mers Sultan district in his home country. Montana, born Karim Kharbouch,
immigrated to the United States
from Morocco at the age of 13, and he became a
U.S. citizen in June. Montana has done a lot of philanthropic work before. He recently announced he joined
the Mass Bailout movement to
assist women and children who
can't afford to post bail. He also helped undocumented immigrants
attend college as part of the
“We Are the Dream” campaign. Earlier this year, he became the first rapper to be named a Global Citizen Ambassador, after donating $100,000 to
build a hospital catered to
pregnant women in Uganda.
