MACC never concludes whether RM2.6b was a donation, says ex-boss

Former Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief Tan Sri Abu Kassim Mohammed told the press on Monday that the the MACC's statement in 2015 on the RM2.6 billion "donation" was a premature conclusion as the investigation had not been completed.
