Man scales 200-foot cellphone tower in Florida

A man in Florida has scaled a more than 200-foot cellphone tower in Hialeah, Miami-Dade County.
In this footage, the man shouts to people on the ground in Spanish.
The as yet unidentified male eventually reached the top, and lay down, where he currently remains, according to live footage.
Police and fire services are at the scene on Palm Avenue and West 45th. The area has reportedly been cleared.
"Hialeah PD has shut down Palm Avenue due to an ongoing incident. Please avoid the area," the city tweeted Friday.
