When our air conditioner gave out during one of the hottest weeks this year, we dreaded having to deal with shopping for and having installed a new unit. However, they were very professional and personable and put all our fears to rest. From the servicemen (Chris and James) to the salesman (Matt), we were treated with the utmost courtesy. They even lent us a window AC which made the inside, if not optimal, at least tolerable. Definitely give 5 stars and would recommend this company without reservation.
