Ingredients:- 4 tbsp Sugar 1/2 cup Water 1 cup Maida (All-purpose flour) 1/2 cup Semolina 1/2 tsp Oil Salt to taste
Method:- In a bowl add sugar, water, mix it till it melts. In another bowl, add all-purpose flour, semolina, oil, salt and mix well. Add sugar water to the flour mixture and start kneading it into a dough. Keep it aside to rest for 10 minutes. Make small balls of the dough and roll it into puris Heat oil in a vessel on low flame, poke it with the help of a fork o that it doesn't fluff. Once you're done rolling add the puri into the hot oil and fry it until it turns brown. Our Navratri Special Kadkani is ready.
