According to a report by Uproxx, Sony's Venom is not only on track to become October's biggest box office opening of all time, but its also overshadowing the release of Lady Gaga's much-hyped remake of 'A Star Is Born.' Venom, starring Tom Hardy, is expected to rake in 60 to 70 million dollars this weekend, which is reportedly why Lady Gaga fans have been trying to sabotage the superhero movie with bogus, copy and paste, negative reviews. According to Uproxx, in response, some Venom fans have now decided to retaliate with their own "A Star Is Born"-bashing posts, heating up the competing films' box-office battle.
