【INGREDIENTS】

・600g pumpkin
・400g onion
・2 cloves garlic
・30g ginger
・4 tbsp oil
・200g mushroom (any kind)
・1 canned tomatoes (400g)
・1 canned coconut milk (400g)
・30g coriander
・2 tbsp cumin seeds
・1 cinnamon stick
・200ml water
・1 tbsp salt
・2 tsp turmeric
・1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
【INSTRUCTION】
1. blend pumpkin, coconut milk, tomatoes and coriander with blender.
2. Fry garlic, ginger, cumin seeds and cinnamon stick on a pot.
3. Add onion and mushroom. Fry gently until cooked.
4. Add pumpkin paste, remaining pumpkin and water. Then simmer until everything are well cooked. It’s kind of easy to burn on the bottom, so don’t forget to stir sometimes.
5. Add salt, turmeric and cayenne pepper.
