Ingredients: 1 1/2 tbsp ghee (నెయ్యి) 1 large onion ( ఉల్లిపాయ) 1 tbsp butter (వెన్న) 6 cloves of garlic (వెల్లులి రెబ్బలు) 1 tsp garam masala ( గరం మసాలా) 1 piece of ginger ( అల్లం) 1 tsp red chili powder ( ఎర్ర కారం) 2 green chilies, chopped (పర్చిమిర్చి) 1/4 tsp cumin powder (జీలకర్ర పొడి) Coriander leaves (కొత్తిమీర ) 1/2 cup cream 1 tbsp cashew nuts(జీడిపప్పు) 15-16 button mushrooms (మష్రూమ్) Salt to taste
Method: - Grind chopped onions, ginger, garlic, red chili powder, roasted cumin seed powder, garam masala into a smooth paste. - In a pan, heat ghee. Once the ghee is hot, add chopped green chili and the onion paste. - Add tomato pulp to the mixture. Cook it well. - Add fresh cream and mix well. - Add water and allow it to boil. - Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and add salt to taste. - In a fresh pan, heat butter. - Once the butter is melted, add chopped capsicums and sliced mushrooms. - Allow it to cook for 2 to 3 minutes. - Once cooked, add it into the mixture and mix well. - Mushroom butter masala is ready!
