During New York’s Global Citizen Festival a police barrier collapsed. According to Channel24, this collapse cause thousands of spectators to flee in panic. People feared possible gunshots but the authorities quickly assured the crowd they were safe. Coldplay’s Chris Martin was on stage nd assured everyone that “nobody was trying to hurt anyone.” He told them to not run fast and not to push people out of the way.
