Don't Wash Raw Meat When Cooking

Anyone who cooks knows there are dangers everywhere in the kitchen. In fact several everyday habits that make it absolutely dangerous. For instance, washing raw chicken can actually spread germs. USDA spokesperson Marianna H. Gravely stated, "Some of the bacteria are so tightly attached that you could not remove them no matter how many times you washed it..." They also say the water splatter used to wash the chicken could splatter on other non-contaminated food products.
