It's time for another workout from freestyle skiing star Rowan Cheshire. This time, we're going to be working on our core strength and stability.
There are three sets of exercises in total and you should do three rounds of them:
Superset: Plank mountain climber x10 + plank up and down x10 Giant set: Leg raise + V sit-up + crunches + Russian twist x10 Finisher: Side plank with a twist x10 (both sides)
Remember to take 30-45 seconds rest between each superset and a two minute break after each round.
