Governor Matt Bevin Believes Prisoners Need Guidance Counselors

Governor of Kentucky Matt Bevin took his ideas to President Trump in New Jersey as he talked about the importance of giving prisoners guidance counselors. He says that they should be treated like college students, where they are guided throughout the process, so they can become good citizens when they leave the system.
