Black College Student Discriminated While Eating Sandwich

Business Insider reports, "A Smith College student says that campus police were called on her while she was eating her lunch on campus on Tuesday afternoon." The student's name is Oumou Kanoute and she says there was no reason for them to confront her and that she was being discriminated because she is black. She reported, "This person didn't try to bring their concerns forward to me, but instead decided to call the police. I did nothing wrong, I wasn't making any noise or bothering anyone.
