It is being seen as one step forward, two steps back, as government and trade unions attempt to trash out the long standing issue of pension.
The union in one voice on Monday said negotiations with government had broken down, as they refuse to accept government’s proposal which would change the pension qualification age.
Government senator Simon Stiell reiterated the state’s position on Tuesday.
