In Houston, a small group of wheelchair bound heroes got together to create the Living Hope Wheelchair Association, a collective which distributes supplies to those with spinal cord injuries around the city each month. Director Pancho Arguelles, a Mexican immigrant, says that many of these brave souls were at risk of being forgotten by the system, so they created a way to protect one another. The members of the collective keep an eye on each other while helping hundreds more in wheelchairs around the city.
