The mayor of Tanauan City in the Philippines was shot and killed during a flag-raising ceremony on July 2.The video shows Antonio Halili singing the national anthem among other officials when the camera pans away a gun shot is heard and screams from onlookers.The controversial mayor was known for parading alleged drug suspects.
