The outfit became an overnight sensation on Thursday, as arguments raged about its colour, with even celebrities on the other side of the world weighing in. Caitlin McNeill, a singer from the island of Colonsay, originally posted the picture of the dress on Tumblr. The 21 year old said the frock was worn at her friends' wedding. Keir, 29, and Grace Johnston (nee Macphee), 27, who run the Colonsay General Store, got married on the island last week. The couple are now on their honeymoon in Jamaica.
