A Man In Florida Was Arrested For Kicking Swans In The Head

A man was arrested by Orlando police on Friday after multiple people saw him at a park kicking swans in the head. Witnesses told police that the 34 year old was kicking the swans “as hard as possible.” The same witness also saw the jacksonville Beach resident named Rocco Mantella kick a sleeping duck. Multiple witnesses reported that his actions were intentional and that Mantella was laughing when he realized he was being watched.
