Venezuela's Arreza To Un: 'Build Peace, Don't Interfere

Venezuela's Foreign Minister Jorge Arreza is at the United Nations. For a high-level meeting on peace-building. He said the tools that the U.N. have, should be used to prevent conflicts, and not to interfere in the domestic affairs of states.
