Possibly warmest day of the season so far _ 042018

Today is the day known as gogu here in Korea, as according to folklore, if it rains on gogu, then we can expect an abundant harvest. But unlike like the past couple of years, we'll have plenty of sunshine with summer-like heat...
And unfortunately,... we'll have high dust levels. Dusty conditions are expected all day with high ozone levels as well. In fact, the season's first ozone advisory issued yesterday in parts of Gyeonggi-do Province.
There will be a huge jump in temperatures in the afternoon, highs in Seoul will be nearly 7 degrees higher than yesterday while southern provinces including Daegu will have another mini-heat wave.
For a closer look, lows in many parts still kicked off in the single digits.... Seoul, Daejeon, Gwangju and Gyeongju at 9 degrees,... while Chuncheon had a low of 6.
Highs will jump nearly 20 degrees higher getting up to 27 in Seoul and Daejeon, those of you in Daegu, Gyeongju and Chuncheon will feel more like July than April.
Saturday will be warm then much anticipated nationwide rain on Sunday afternoon will bring down temperatures to seasonal norms.
