Police Harass homeless woman.

Take Back Santa Cruz and Santa Cruz Police work together to harass a homeless woman. Accusing her of Shoplifting, however store owner has the marker and later the store surveillance video shows her walking in and being confronted by the store clerk, with no evidence of her being in the store before.

Repeatedly they accuse her of being crazy and needing to leave town if she isn't going to get Mental Health resources.
