China Reportedly Looks To Vanuatu As Potential Military Outpost In The Pacific

According to a report by The Sydney Morning Herald, China and Vanuatu have discussed establishing a Chinese military presence in the Pacific Island nation. Business Insider reports that Vanuatu has denied the reports, however a potential Chinese military presence in that area of the South Pacific is a serious concern for Australia, the US, and their partners in the region.
