Hi guys today Ill be sharing my take on Silvanas this is my firs time making this so its more of trial and error but the result is good and delicious, crunch and gooey. Remember after baking the meringue to let it sit in the oven with the door open for atleast 10-15 minutes this is the key for a crunchy meringue\r

Ingridients are\r
10 egg whites\r
1 cup sugar\r
1 1/2 cashew nuts\r
1 tsp of cream of tartar\r
1 tsp of vanilla\r

For the buttercream\r
1 cup sugar\r
1 cup butter\r
1 cup water\r
6 egg yolks\r
1 tsp of vanilla\r
for the coating\r
1 packet of Marie biscuits
