Bad San Jose Drivers

At 4th and San Fernando, one of the most pedestrian trafficked corners in the city. A Vehicle Dogs me while crossing the road, while having the crosswalk light and calls the police on me. For being a crazy person out in the middle of the street.
Which probably happens a lot since the City chooses not to protect Pedestrians in the crosswalk. And vehicle drivers are either uber impatient or not looking out for pedestrians at all.
Flips me off and drives off when they realize I have an HD camera.
