This place features spicy fresh noodle place with chicken feet, catfish and fish balls.
The place called 'Kanom Jeen Bang Khaem' located in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand close to Bang Khaem Temple. The place is well known for its spiciness and how intensive of the taste of the noodle. Been my family's favourite for years. This time it's holiday so the whole crew went there together.
The dish called 'Kanom Jeen Gaeng Pa'
Kanom Jeen is the type of fresh noodle they make it fresh everyday. Gaeng Pa is basically 'Jungle soup' so if you could guess, it's wild. LOLOL
To eat the dish.. you put on the fresh vegetable yourself and maybe some chilli powder could be added on if it's not spicy enough for you.
Eating Chicken feet?? It's very common in Thailand. We usually cook them in soup or deep fry them.
As you can see or imagine, there's not much of meat on it actually so we pretty much eat its skin then spit the bones out. Some people believe it's good for your skin as it contains collagen (Chichen joints and stuffs). I'm not too sure but I like it and do eat it a lot !
Had a chance to talk with the owner for a little bit. She came up with the recipe herself and been selling it for more than 10 years. Lately, there're some people came and asked to buy her recipe also.
The dessert snacks we had at almost the end of the vlog called 'Kanom Buang', a very thin layer of crispy pancake with egg white whipped with sugar then topped with sweeten yolk noodle (Dessert adopted from Portugal). Interesting, huh? :D
The location of the place 'Kanom Jeen Bang Khaem' : Bang Khaem, Mueang Nakhon Pathom District, Nakhon Pathom 73000
