Penn State Frat Avoids Manslaughter Charges in Hazing Death

On Wednesday, a magistrate tossed out manslaughter charges filed against five members of a Pennsylvania State University fraternity for their roles in a alcohol-fueled hazing death of sophomore Timothy Piazza last year. Piazza's death in February 2017 followed a night of heavy drinking that prosecutors claim was forced upon him. They then add the 19-year-old twice fell down flights of stairs, which caused the injuries that killed him.
