FtS 03-29: Venezuela: 68 died in a fire during jail riots

On this morning's From The South, we bring you to Ecuador, where the government asks for help from the Colombian authorities for the return of kidnapped journalists in recent days near the border. As well, we go to Pyongyang where a meeting between the two Koreas could take place soon; and then, we go to Venezuela where riots in a jail caused a fire in which 68 people died.
