GOP House Candidate Who Ripped Parkland Students Drops Out

GOP candidate Leslie Gibson has dropped out of the House District 57 race in the state of Maine after attacking two survivors of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting on Twitter. In one of the now deleted tweets, Gibson called one of the survivors, Emma González, 'a skinhead' and questioned whether she was actually a student at the school.
