Residents in New England began stocking up on food and supplies on March 12 ahead of an expected nor’easter.The Boston Herald warned of whiteout conditions and of heavy snow falling across Massachusetts, up to two feet deep in some areas.This footage, geotagged at a Whole Foods store in Swampscott, south of Salem, Massachusetts, shows some empty shelves in the vegetable section.
