雞腿6件 - 6 chicken legs\r
洋蔥1個 - 1 onion\r
薑拇指大小 - Thumb size of ginger\r
蔥6條 - 6 stalks of spring onion\r
哈瓦那辣椒1個 - 1 Scotch bonnet pepper/habanero pepper\r
乾辣椒1個 - 1 dried chili\r
蒜2個 - 2 cloves of garlic\r
白醋半杯 - half a cup of vinegar\r
醬油半杯 - half a cup of soy sauce\r
橄欖油3/4杯 - 3/4 cup of olive oil \r
麝香草1湯匙 - 1tbsp of thyme\r
紅糖2湯匙 - 2tsp of brown sugar \r
多香果粉1湯匙 - 2tbsp of allspice\r
肉荳蔻粉半茶匙 - half tsp of ground nutmeg\r
肉桂粉半茶匙 - half tsp of ground cinnamon\r
青檸2個榨汁 - juice of two lime
