Kamala Appel Freelance Producer of Event Video for San Francisco Council of District Merchants
I got to know Kamala through one of our members on our board and she was very helpful, in particular for our annual dinner at the Olympic Club out on Lakeshore Blvd. One thing we loved about Kamala is that she was really on top of it: none of this call her three times, four times, every time I would call her she would be there; I would send her a message, she would get back to me. She was just professional in the way she helped us out in the event. There was a lot to it between shooting a video of it, even doing tents on the tables for different businesses. Apart from the videotape, but she also, in a matter of no time at all, she did digital productions of table tents for the different sponsors that we had including Chevron and AirBnB and others. She was very professional about it and did a really good job. She was right there, right on time, stayed til the end and someone who I thought was very responsible, very charming, very friendly and very professional and I think that she would be an asset to whoever would like to have her help them out in whatever event that they wanted to put on.
