Back on track: Trains to return to historic Istanbul station

Istanbul's celebrated Haydarpasa terminus has seen no train traffic for five years after it was closed for restoration. Now, despite rumours that it could be sold off and turned into a hotel, the station’s future as a railway terminus is guaranteed after a period of uncertainty.
