I just hired Larry for a second time. I placed a bid on a new home and called Larry immediately once the sellers accepted my bid. This home was in far better condition than the first one. Once again Larry outdid himself. Larry was always very calm and professional. He quickly donned booties to cover his shoes and went to work without stopping. By dinner time I had a detailed report in my hands. I purchased a home inspection, radon inspection, and termite inspection. Best money I ever spent.
