Parus Major incubating, hatching and feeding young

Recorded using a combination of time lapse and motion detection with iCatcher Software and a mini CCTV camera mounted in a Parus Major box. The video shows the first day in the life of the chicks compressed down to 11 mins. The video shows the female incubating and then as the chicks hatch she can be seen removing the egg shells and eating them. The male with darker black head and brighter colours visits the box to bring food for the chicks which is given to the female to feed to the chicks.
