Amid False Missile Panic, Hawaii Gov. Couldn't Get On Twitter

Hawaii Governor David Ige told reporters on Monday that it took him 17 minutes to address the missile threat on his twitter because, he didn’t know his login. An all caps ballistic missile alert went out at 8:07 AM sending panicked Hawaii residents running for shelter. The ominous message warned “THIS IS NOT A DRILL.” Ige eventually wrote on his twitter “there is no missile threat” only after he was able to reach his communications team.
