Blake did a phenomenal job on a condo inspection for me. He is very personable and easy to work with. He was able to accommodate my tight schedule and was professional all the way through the process. Blake walked me through the inspection, explaining why he was doing things as he was doing them. Blake showed me everything that would be going into the report and highlighted important areas to me. The final work product arrived promptly. It was well organized, documented with photographs throughout, and easy to understand. I will definitely be using Metro Boston again in the future.
